If you have a closet packed with clothes covered in logos then you may be trying to hide who you really are. There are plenty of people that will only buy something if it has a designer logo on it. This means that there are lots of things about you that you want the world to see and many things that you don’t want them to see. You do have someone else’s name on your body after all. This is a form of hiding.
On a more extreme level, it may be a sign that something happened as you were transitioning into an adult. If you are covered with logos and symbols and things other than yourself, then it could be a sign you are attempting to avoid forming an identity of your own.
You have Lots of Unworn Clothing with the Tags Removed
Having a big pile of unworn clothes represents being unwilling to let go of the past. It might be a mother holding on to her pre-baby wardrobe or just someone that doesn’t get rid of their clothing because they feel they’ll wear it again eventually. These tend to be people that are anxious and have trouble letting go of things in general.

This means that you aren’t building a future. I someone has lots of unworn clothes with the tags still on then it means they aren’t holding on to things from the past but also are unable to make their life how they envision it in their head. Rather than being productive they choose to buy clothes for this new life but not wear them. All you need to do is wear these clothes no matter what and you can free yourself up to pursue the life that you want to create.
Your Clothes Lack Color
This could be a sign that you want to go into hiding. If someone dresses in neutral colors it is a sign that they don’t want to be seen. There are any number of reasons for this, such as a self-esteem issue or being an introvert that is only comfortable with your own social circle.
You Have Lots of Identical Clothes
If you have lots of identical clothes then it could mean you’re scared of change or commitment. Women tend to say that they buy the same of everything because they don’t want to think about it. If you dig deeper though, you can see that there are sometimes unresolved issues. The two main things these people are dealing with are an upcoming change or a desire to change that goes unfulfilled.
